This happened to me in mid 90's cor Banket 2 Kotze strreet Hillbrow just down from the Pink Cadillac Night Club ( whole club came out to watch my beating). I had been to a test match with Wales at Ellis Park. Anyway traffic cop surname Mutch pulled me over. Demanded R500:00 at that time was a lot. When I said I had no cash he indicated to Perm bank machine across the road. Long story short once I told him to get fucked at the bank machine things took a turn for the worse. 40 minutes later bleeding beaten had a 9mm at my head I had drawn cash in Rocky street for him and 3 of the scariest bushy undercovers. I paid begged for my life in Berea they cleaned out my truck too. Fuck RSA fuck corrupt politicians and cops everywhere. Oh they laughed me out of court...................

I feel for you, bro. Had several bad experiences, the earliest I recall was when I was a DJ at Sand Pebbles on Durban beach. Cops were the mafia that took over club doors and drug dealing. Got beaten up there, and a bunch of shit followed. I say Sand Pebbles like it was the Perm Bank... lank, lank gelede :)

Yep it is like another life.....I a have a problem maybe you are inclined to help or know some one I am building a platform to showcase the disfigured broken people from Ukraine basically the results of war. I am looking for some people to showcase or connect with anyone who would be interested in filming photographing victims. The intent is to bring the horror of war onto current users platforms to hopefully get people protesting war to their respective government's, to stop funding for this thing. I called it Silent Scars its really just a concept at this point. I have a banner add with the Logo and a little monologue in my media on X if you are curious. Just a thought, you further ahead with this media than I will ever be, oh by the way I was on the corner of Nugget and Jeppe street when 100000 Inkatha marched by on their way to the Shell House massacre it was intense. I hear SA was Soros first big success that was another tragic day. Cheers

I'm not on X.

Hell, I'm minor, minor leagues. You need to choose 10 biggies people to follow, hopefully 5 level heads on either side of the war, and then send them a professional pdf request. Having a working example would help. People need to believe your intentions.

Sideways, checkout South African band singing 'This Brojken Scar' - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__YIYfxmbvU

Shell Street massacre - that's a helluva memory! I narrowly missed the Planet Hollywood bombing in Cape Town. I went to Stallone's restaurant out of curiosity, but their prices encouraged me to head to my second choice. I was drinking a beer at Mitchell's Brewery when the bomb went off.

Soros funded NGOs would not help me stand against corruption involving liberal politicians. That makes Soros a third force, not a democracy seeker.

What a lovely country SA is. How is it that it's a founding member of BRICS.

Amazing country, 100% recommended for tourists looking for a value for money holiday.

BRICS is strategic, just like fucked up Argentina is.

Got $2500 after the cost of your plane flight, I could recommend a holiday lasting 1 month. That would cover accommodation food and in between travel. We're that cheap. All I charge is a "thank you" :) I despise things here, but I love my country too.

I understand what you mean. On the contrary, vacation in the US is expensive. We're a giant tourist trap. Take Disney for instance.

I hate what has happened to my country. I despise the Neocons and Zionists who have turned my nation into the world's foremost terrorist state. They need to be crushed. I love my land and people but too many of our citizens are afflicted with the manufactured mental disorders of Russophobia and Sinophobia.

Sorry for the repetitive posts. Seem like there are corrupt cops and courts in SA.

No probs, I deleted the repeats. Yeah, bad cops go hand in hand with us having one of the world's worst crime rates.

Very true. We understand but those who do are too few.

Hi Mike, it seems like you made it through.

8,000 Rand for speeding? It's just as bad in Mexico

Lots of time the Cartels have toll stops on the back roads. In Los Angeles, the cops are as much of a problem as the gangs.

I found that to be true many times over.

In Arizona it's better because we can carry arms. But that will change soon enough.

Good luck, and stay away from the cops!
