I dream of living in a cabin making all my lists longer.

I'm kinda living that dream living in a camper in a beautiful RV Park in the country backed up to beautiful woods full of wildlife. I'm saving up and positioning myself to buy a acre with a small house or mobile home in the area.

I'm already living a life beyond my wildest dreams. I never thought I'd be an RV Guy. My mortgage is cheap and lot rent is low. It allows me to save and invest. I can even make charitable contributions.

Wonderful!

A decent motorhome (what they're called in South Africa) costs more than a home so not popular here. I'm not talking about the giants we see in the movies. This costs more than a house - https://lifestylecentre.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/timthumb-9.jpg

My camper is a trailer I pull with my truck. It's about 9 meters long.

Aha. The cheaper method, I assume.

I am actually appreciative to know that there is representation of this kind in the theater world. Never been a movie person (as you just read) but I'm going to have to try out some of these. And try to keep an open mind that they are perhaps better representations of genuine reality than most news and political ideological visualizations.

Suggestion:

Do 'Gaza Fights for Freedom' first, as its visceral and relevant to the current crisis.

Then 'The Mayor' which is real but like an absurdist comedy. Much slower but made me reflective at the impossibility of being a mayor in a city "that has no country".

Omar', my best fiction from the region and third best from Middle East - super powerful! If you love it, you will watch the other two by same director which tackle the difficulty of being Palestinian from very different angles.

Watch these Israeli students reaction to '5 Broken Camera's as a prelude https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1wEszQYEzg to the documentary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXMkZrekmCo

That will build you up to the fictionalised biopic 'Our Boys' which should be on a major US streaming service. Excellent miniseries.

Did you try them?

A few. A while back. Then I got busy/distracted again. I have never been close to Gaza. But I went from Jerusalem to Bethlehem on a tour bus. More familiar with the West Bank. I met with Palestinians while there (part of a Catholic group very connected to the Franciscans who are custodians of Christian sites). Heard first hand of the apartheid.

The struggles and demeaning them was and is appalling. The mechanism for achieving that (Zionism) is criminal. No doubt.

I have also met occasionally Christian Palestinians who moved to the US to escape from all of that. More from the economic war than physical, though. More than 95% of Christians from that area have fled over the past few decades.

All I think we can do is make a better world where Israels and Zionism aren't tolerated. And people understand that there is no difference between one human being and another. In order to do that, these aliens (Zionist mafiosa) have to be crushed into nonexistence.

I wonder, conspiratorially, if Israel is being allowed to destroy itself for the sake of a West/Sunni alliance. All these European attacks against people who aren't anti-semitic but are accused of being so, are enlarging dissatisfaction against their governments. More so, it swells hate for Israel i.e. the more its allowed to get away with, and the more people told that opposing murder is racism.

Israel is destroying itself because they are desperate to retain (probably more like re attain) control over the energetic signature of the earth. The only real dependency they have is the continued reliance on America for defense and weapons. But the whole Gaza-ME paradigm is about keeping masses of people hating them. And fearing them by proxy. I think that party has already ended.

Notwithstanding the recent Zionist nomination slate from President Trump, I really believe that when he says continually that he's been the best friend to Israel of anyone he means something entirely different than the words imply. It all goes back to his trip there in 2017.

Either way, they still need to be hated and shunned in order for their plan to work. America is the exception because they need money from them. And the population is relatively small. But the influx of immigrants is placing squeezes on both ends of that.

The big event is the inauguration watch now. Blinken is shipping every dollar to Ukraine for the next two months. Kamala may not say another word. And Biden may go back to mumbling until then.

But it won't be boring!

These are, indeed, interesting times. I love what @jlstiles commented on my 'Irael: The Downfall' post:

I’m all for Israel’s collapse and I say Judaism will be transformed to a religion not this fake tribe of sorts based on a belief in a lineage from mythical figures or an idiotic claim to land 125 generations removed... This solidarity in this lineage had a place when persecuted for it. Now, instead of the beacon of past suffering, people of this ancestry have genocide—not exactly anything to accept as a blood right. And I’ll say, Judaism as purely religious practice is not very attractive for conversion."

I don't think they ever wanted converts. They wanted the two mega stepchildren they created - Christianity and Islam. And if DNA science were a real thing I bet they'd have a hard time proving any genetic trail we'd buy. It's all smoke, mirrors, and black magic to keep hold of their reins on control of the planet. If everyone weren't bamboozled by their fake "history" of persecution they'd be ignored entirely as the alien garbage they are. To use a recent term tossed at us. That's why their practices are so unattractive. And why they had to switch to become European fakes to get anyone to take them seriously except for their money lending business. Which is about to hit the can (justly) when it expires this time. We'll see then how genocidal they can manage to still be.
