The 15 Judges of the ICJ hearing the genocide case against Israel are from the USA, Australia, Japan, France, Slovakia, Germany, Morocco, Uganda, Jamaica, Somalia, India, Lebanon, China, Brazil, and Russia, They are meant to be impartial but politics often rules national and international courts.

USA, Australia, Japan, France, Germany and Jamaica do not recognise Palestine as a state.

USA, Australia, Japan, France, Germany and Slovakia are NATO members .

Morocco has a complicated history with Palestine. It's citizens overwhelmingly support the Palestinian cause but Morocco needs the USA's support for its oppression of the Western Sahara (where Morocco and the USA are partners in colonial mining).

Somalia's government exists because of US soldiers propping it up.

The power of the deniers is evident in that the UN has not allowed Palestine to become a member of the UN.

Considering that, the geopolitical equation favours Israel. However if the ICJ makes a judgement according to their relationship with the USA, they will contradict their UN colleagues, and further damage the image of the organisation. It's an interesting situation.
