Video: Israel defends accusation of genocide at the International Court of Justice (ICJ, UN)
Israel's 4-person defence team includes international lawyer Malcolm Shaw.
Most major Western media are not streaming one of the loudest court cases in human history. That’s propaganda by omission.
Yesterday I shared South Africa’s case. Today, it’s Israel’s turn.
The most well-known member of Israel’s legal defence is British lawyer, Malcolm Nathan Shaw. Annually, he teaches a human rights course at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. On the international stage he has represented countries such as Azerbaijan, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and Ukraine.
If you don’t have time for Israel’s full presentation, view Shaw’s segment below. He complains that South Africa didn’t consult with Israel before filing its genocide case with the International Court of Justice.

The power of the deniers is evident in that the UN has not allowed Palestine to become a member of the UN.
Considering that, the geopolitical equation favours Israel. However if the ICJ makes a judgement according to their relationship with the USA, they will contradict their UN colleagues, and further damage the image of the organisation. It's an interesting situation.
