Great collection of thoughs today, Mike.

I'm still betting we won't have an election this year.

A Truce in Ukraine ? That wold makes Trump look good. But I see the dollar falling first.

How many desatorous things can the WEF spin on a pin head? We will soon find out.

I sure as hell hope you have a timely election so that Media isn't saturated with 'your' electioneering.

I expect dollar to drop, as much as I expect Trump to blame it on Biden (even if Biden is dead).

The 'Silly Money' videos above were made after the 2008 crash but remain relevant, and do more to explain neoliberalism economics than all MSM did.

That would be nice, but it's unlikely. The Plebs like the circus far too much. Trump is still talking war with Iran, and war with China.

So I may be eating coyotes soon.

I wish actual serious negotiations would take place and, from what I've seen, Russia has been eager for this to happen.

I have always wanted normal people like us, sucked into the bloody vacuum of political and economic war, to stop dying. That includes Ukrainians and Russians.

and Palestinians.

And Sudanese, Congolese, Burmese...

BS. Russia has been offering, inviting to, and actually sitting down to negotiations literally two months after it invaded Ukraine. If you ask me, it is making a mistake in so insisting in a negotiated end to the war. That guarantees no lasting peace.

Even before, since I count the Minsk agreements.

Negotiation may take a long time, and may only start the end of this year, or the beginning of next. Ukraine's toughest challenge is to survive this Winter. I expected that when I posted a poll earlier this year, which is why I voted/hoped the war would end next year.

I expect Russia to make significant gains. The Ukrainian line is cracking.

"The problem is we've been lied to the whole time." Lavros sums it all up right there

I'd make a condition for a settlement that all peace offers (and the rejection of such), starting with the Minsk deals, be admitted on record and published in designated media.

And ending with the Istanbul conference that Boris Johnson sabotaged (although of course that's hardly the end of it)

Zelensky suddenly mentioning negotiations, but I bet he’s just trying to control the narrative that doesn’t care about him.

The problem with Trump is going to be his failure to see Russia as it is currently, not as Reagan saw it. That seems to be the main issue with a lot of the neocons.

Our problem is to get Trump to read as much as we do about places he will make decisions for based on his ego and pals.

Those 'Silly Money' vids above are well worth you checking it out. It's an education whilst laughing.

Great analysis, Mike, and thanks for bringing it to our attention. I don't understand why Lena doesn't mention that the debt COULD be paid off if we would reduce defense spending. Our defense spending is insane, but serves the same purpose -- giving more money to the wealthy and corporations. Richard's video is a terrific primer on the system.

My country reduced its military spending and then just stole the money in other ways. It's hard to win.
