Never before have ordinary people had access to so much of the world and so many ears. Keep up the good work.

Never before has there been so much knowledge ignored.

Not so sure about that. The 70/30 ratio has always been at work where most people go about their lives without thinking too much unless they are personally affected.

There is more knowledge, so the 70% have to ignore more.

There is more available information but since the 70% are not likely to be interested it achieves nothing except a better informed 30%.

Get out of the matrix, it will evaporate when your life comes to and end and in that moment you’ll find out that it has never been your true self, but alas the shock will too great and you’ll lose consciousness, searching for another lusty womb to reassembly you so you can continue to crawl on this torturing wheel which you embrace and kiss (Osho)

Probably only 1 in every 30 would read substacks like this. People don't want to be themselves. That would require them realising how shit they've been to the world. They'll settle for the simultaneous rights to complain about wanting change and the right to not change.

Damn good point about being shit to the world. You described me when I was a Neocon and Zionist Dupe afflicted with the manufactured mental disorders of Russophobia, Sinophobia and Islamophobia. It was like rebirth, traumatic and painful. It was an existential crisis. My hope is I'm not the only one. I'm aware of one other. There must be more!

I went through it in a different way too, an avid reader of books where the Brits and Americans were always the hero. Apartheid was the first hint that the USA was saying one thing and doing another. The biggest revelation is when I reported corruption to the DA liberals and they spent 10 years destroying me whilst being protected by their 'enemy', the ANC. Consequently, I wasn't shocked, like the country, when the 30 year rivalry became joined hands in our recent election.

You’re far too optimistic, not one in a million would read it, I see no problem a wall needs millions of bricks in the wall and there’s always the convenience, the unbearable lightness of following others, being yourself is too sobering up and painful.

If people stopped trying to be a stereotype, they risk being nothing instead of themselves.

Nazis are convenient, don’t go searching for them in Ukraine they’re everywhere and in every family, also in mine. Zelensky mouthpieces as well as someone who fought in Russia as a collaborator. My proposal to both sides apart from the military, ethnical and economic interests, a war till the last man, woman standing? Or a peace when there is only one man or woman left? The ordinary Ukrainian will be traumatised, crippled and psychological/emotionally as good as dead. No one will survive a war that is not theirs.

Aren’t we all? We’re born that way, cruel and no mercy. We forget that we’re the offspring of a killer, Kain. Our Gods made us divided, the good against the bad, the sinner against the holy, strange fellow that God, first he chooses a favourite and then he adds that he will chase them till the end of times. The Christian God is not any better, all men and for Eve he had to transplant Adam’s rib, poor surgeon what a clown show. Get rid of these warmongers.

US/Shia War!? Propagandists have gone to great lengths dividing and inciting violence between the Sunni- Shiite, but it can hardly be chartatcized as such. Although US-British concocted trained and armed these so called sunni extremist, they do not represent the greater body of Sunni Muslim. This war has always been about the advancement of western colonialism of West Asia forced apon the indigenous Muslim both Shiite and Sunni and the greater Arab peoples whom refuse subjugation.

Yes, the Brits divided the Middle East, and the USA took over as lead.

Shia Majority: Lebanon, Iraq and Iran (the countries that have been made to suffer the most by the USA).

Sunni Majority not helping those Shia countries and Palestine (which is exception because of Israel’s wishes): Egypt (dictatorship propped up by US weapons, and still receiving gas from Israel), Saudi Arabia (Khashoggi and millions of other crimes), Jordan (allowing its airspace to be used, and land for special operations), Turkey (big talk, no action for Palestine), UAE.

Houthis are a Shia denomination by its national opponents are Sunni which work with Saudis, UAE, Brits and USA.

So I see it as a US/Shia War with its allies being other Western countries and the Sunni. Some Sunni are cheering whilst their ideological rival is weakened. However, overall, their populations support Palestine and hate Israel, and thus its their corrupt leaders and their deals with the West that are denying their will.

My point Mike this war has to do with geography and not religious demographics.

Although certain Heads of States that support normalization with Israel and by extention the US is not necessarily indicative of them to do so because they may identify with sunni.

Ultimately USof Israel intentions are to invade and transform the entire region regardless of what any states demographics might be. The fact that Iran is predominantly Shiite is of little consequence Except that Iran posses the greatest obstacle to the western expansionist politics for the region.

It’s a good point. Most wars have been about geography. Nevertheless, atop that, there is a divide in Islam, the US has exploited that, the Shia are targeted, and the Sunni are, in effect, US allies against them. There has been, particularly, recent warming between the West and Qatar which is going unreported, but will be reflected in Al Jazeera’s reporting (which is sad considering I greatly appreciate that network).

Mike don't you ever sleep!

Regardless of gulf state warming the ongoing Palestinian genocide has forever changed the matter. Neither Erdogan nor any of the gulf state dictates can change that course Now taken by both the Sunni and Shiite including the numerous other factions that make up the greater axis of resistance.

Make no mistake the days of western hegemony death and destruction are now numbered.

If Israel is disposable, then US/Sunni relationship paramount (for dicks).

Ukraine and Palestine - that’s definitely enabling a shift in power. However, Empire never dies easily, just becomes epileptic. Recession is the key to lessen imperialism, but recession will bring us other challenges.

Had 4 hours sleep yesterday, and 3 today. Will be ignoring Substack for a while, so just wanted to respond and schedule crossposts etc. as much as possible. Tomorrow, the goal is 6 hours slumber, and one coffee, and then take over the world with my dictatorial benevolence.
