I can understand that. I know when I traveled overseas there wasn’t much of a culture shock. With a few exceptions I never got a real feel for what the country was really like. Hopefully you have a number of supporters/followers there to assist you. Unfortunately searching for truth is a solitary pursuit generally.
Intelligent people always wind up where they don't expect to be. Call it fate,or accidentally locking horns with an enemy who has unexpected resources. Bright folks that fight hyenas often loose more than they wish. What you lose,can make you week,or it can fill you with resolve.
